The Fuyu Persimmon tree is the most commonly grown persimmon throughout the world. In the spring it produces bright yellow flowers that attract pollinators. The fruit is a vibrant orange color when ripe. Once the skin is a deep orange and soft to the touch it is ripe and ready to enjoy. Harvest in September-October.
